I stopped in today to get a quick milkshake. The place was in an uproar. A man had to buy another hamburg for his grandson as the clerk did not place the correct order- a plain hamburg- and she charged him for the new order!!! Others were waiting for their food for over 5 minutes. The front of the restaurant had at least six peoplw waiting for their orders. When a man complained, an Asian clerk said "no chicken, no chicken" Two clerks stood in front of the serving rack and I had to ask if someone could please take my order. Another Asian clerk asked me if I wanted my money back and I said no, I had been standing there 5 minutes while she and the other clerk stood in front of the serving rack and all I wanted to do was order.
I asked for a milkshake and I was told "no ice cream, no ice cream."

This is the only fast food place right off the pike, it is a shame that it is being run so so poorly. The place did not look clean nor well kept. They did not have basic items on their menu and the two clerks had very limited English skills. There was an older woman in grey that just wandered back and forth betweent he serving and cooking area but she did nothing to address the confusion and the poor service.

I guess the owner does not care to have a good business and the manager of this place does not care to do her job.
