Very rude! They gave us half raw French Fries and forgot our drink. Went in to get our drink, and they called my mother a very rude word. I called the manager, he claimed that the employee would never say that. I wanted a refund because I do not want to support a company that is very rude. All he did was argue with me about and no apology. He also had hung up the phone on me when I tried talking to him about the issue! This was the second time that I have been given half raw fries! Absolutely Terrible!
