I went to Hudson, Ma McDonalds. I ordered a few cheeseburgers, 40 nuggets, 5 fries and 4 drinks. One of the cheeseburgers (double cheeseburger) had a BITE taken out of it- I took a pic. My son was annoyed bc he didnt get to eat. 3/4 of the way done with his drink we realized there was spit up food in his drink! This is what really upset me. In the Boston area there have been many restaurants and bars that have been drugging people in their drinks. My 12 year old has mega anxiety that he was poisoned.
I called McDonalds to speak to a manager. The person who answered said yes when I asked if she was manager. She then started speaking in another language. She got the so called manager whos name was Myriam. Myriam seemed surprised when I told her what had happened but did not apologize. She told me to hold on. She came back and said do you want your money back or do you want a refund? I told her I wanted neither and I wanted her to let the workers know that this is unacceptable. She said ok and hung up.
I posted what had happened on a local Facebook page and I had 2 others saying this had happened to them at the same location.
I will be calling the board of health on Monday morning

Staff is rude and useless. They won't even acknowledge you are there.
