Mel's Commonwealth has shown noticeable improvement, with better home-fries and delicious grilled bagels with cream cheese that are buttery and crunchy. The friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere, large menu with plenty of breakfast and lunch options, and consistent quality keep me coming back.

Mel's Commonwealth in Wayland has made some improvements since I last visited. The grilled bagels with cream cheese are now a favorite of mine, especially when paired with a sausage egg & cheese sandwich. The staff is always friendly, and the service is consistently good. It's a great spot for a delicious breakfast or lunch in a cozy, nostalgic setting.
