If you're looking for a chill coffee joint where locals hang, Mud House is your spot. They offer a variety of flavored coffees similar to Coffee Break, and their iced coffee is pretty good too. The breakfast sandwiches are tasty, and the prices are reasonable for a quick bite on the go.

I've overheard more than once the girls working behind the counter making fun of customers after they leave. Cruel, ignorant and unprofessional.
