The experience I had today was excellent employees working the night shift were the best I've ever experienced food was nice and hot and very tasty thanks a lot you renewed my faith and you guys

The unique hot dog they used to have custom-made by Chicopee Falls Provision is gone. It is replaced with a cheap store-bought grainy tough hot dog. The prices are truly crazy now. Some Friendlies managers bought the place years ago and now run it into the ground exploiting the name. I used to visit the real Nicks many years ago when the Bus station was next door. I knew the owner, then later the son.
The place now is truly a travesty and should be closed. No one mask inside now, and it is crowded, and those that go for this way over priced tastes treats have lost their taste buds many years ago due to age.
