Pini's pizza in NYC has the best buffalo chicken pizza I've ever tasted in my 44 years. The crust is incredibly soft and thin, not greasy at all, with a delicious cheese blend that's always consistent. The garlic parm bone-in wings are a must-try, and their pasta dishes are equally delicious and generous in portion size.

Absolute worst service, I called for a delivered pizza and specifically asked for crispy crust. It arrived not only not crispy but under cooked. Mushy. I called them and was only told that my request wasn't listed in the order and so sorry it was under cooked but nothing could be done. That's it , no offer to compensate. I'll never order again from them.
