Richard's Grinders in West Springfield offers satisfying sandwiches with quality ingredients, but I found their kielbasa and eggplant options to be just average. The service is efficient, but lacks a warm touch that could enhance the overall dining experience.

I never returned after I asked if I could see the corned beef. I was told no, I either buy it or not. I explained that the last time it was fatty and I would choose something else, if it was not lean enough for me. She refused me again and I never ate there.
I assume the meat was subpar, since she refused to show it to me.
