Siros Staff Is EXTREMELY DISCRIMINATORY. And JANET Rudely Hung up On me on A Professional business call while discussing my Event. I happen to Be A Black Business Owner who simply inquired to receive information about their function room. I initially spoke with Joe, who immediately sent the information over and was pleasant to speak with. Then, I spoke with Janet yesterday who initially worked out a plan to charge me $250 for the O'Connell room since my guest list is under 30ppl. In which they require a $30+ per person ordering for their *Function Room Food menu* she said because I would save them from prepping their *function room food memu* which comes with a full 3 course & dessert ; She would do this with *no minimum* & the date was available, no events ; do this is Money for them regardless; she said would run things by management and have me see the room the next day, today. She also said she would write me a email to follow-up with what we discussed and call me to come in; it is now 2:40p Saturday. We spoke yesterday afternoon at @ 12p afternoon; no email or call from yesterdayinto today. So, I called and followed up; Janet's ehole attitude sounded different over the phone, I asked her how she was, she said good, she immediately said, 'WE just can't do that room for no minimum. We will charge you $300 (went up $50) then she said and we still require $40 per person; from their menu; Their menu ranges from $10-%35; their entrees are approximately $20-25; so what is the difference I will pay and plus she charged me a extra $50; I went to the original contract and pointed this out to her, she excused herself and said, sure $260 (why she wanted to overcharge me from yesterday makes no sence) Then she said, we have to get paid you know (as if I don't know that. I AM A BUSINESS OWNER) I agreed and said, your telling me you are giving a deal, yet just about to charge me more; so, I am looking a the menu after asking her to email me the details, got off the phone and I am calculating to get $30 per person off A $15-$20 menu (She lied and said "all our entrees on our menu start @ $30-35~GOOGLE it~ It doesn't) She sated , U can order anything from the menu; but to make $30 out of cheaper items is not easy, I simply called back to clarify for help on how to get to $30 when a entree of $19 (not $30-35) & a salad still is not $30; Who want to waist food & money? it would make more sense to possibly jusy provide a room minimum or lower the per person rate to the ACTUAL PRICES on the menu per entree which range from $20-$25; I have a large budget that she does not know of; I won't speak about her stating yesterday I can give you 2 servers but then today saying, I can only give you one and will charge for the 2nd~ the Finale~ She Staed with disgusting Obnoxious less, "I don't think we are the right place for your event, it seems like we can agree to this at all, I can't help you anymore, we need to get paid, And SHE HUNG UP ON ME😭 WHGAT DID I DESERVE ON A PROFESSIONAL CALM & COLLECTIVE CONVERSATION TO GET HUNG UP ON?!?!? I will be reporting this ASAP & Even Ayanna Presley herself will hear about this, I am disgusted at their attitude; they don't know who I know and do Business with to treat me like this, but this will not be the last they hear from me; No one deserves to be treated like this. I deserve a apology for this gross disrespect and may U add that they have: ZERO EVENTS THIS DAY; That means, my event is MINEY periodt; Or is it the type of Individuals they want their?! IT makes me wonder to be treated so differently from yesterday after she spoke with the owners and decode to nit followup at all.
