Usually love this restaurant and atmosphere, . However, I was there on my anniversary and it was not a good experience. It was 4 pm and the service was horrible. The waitress was insulting and she purposely ignored us. I had to ask two other waitresses to get our waitress. We weren't given the correct answers about the appetizers and entrees and the prices went up a lot. It was really loud and too cold. We'll find another restaurant next time. Quite disappointed.
