I attend the school nearby and it's just a short stroll away. There's this deli on campus that I avoid at all costs - the owner is terrible and the prices are outrageous. A friend suggested trying out Wells Center Cafe instead. The staff is super welcoming, the food is tasty, and the prices are surprisingly affordable. They offer a great selection like salad bar, sandwich station, and even stir fry days. Definitely worth a visit if you're around!
