TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!! Like the previous reviewer stated they have horrible customer service! My company is right around the corner from this place so we ordered a party sized pizza for a lunch meeting and the bottom was burnt to a crisp. I promptly called the place back and they offered to replace the pizza or give us credit for another pizza, we chose the credit so they gave us a name to ask for and took our number down. A few days later when we want to call in our new pizza they claimed they didn't remember, called us liars, hung up on us, and then ignored our return phone call. Do not support this horrendous excuse for a business!

Horrible customer service. The food used to be better. But had gotten progressively worse. We ordered a pizza with extra cheese. Simple stuff. When we open the box there is very little cheese. No problem everybody makes mistakes. I call them up figuring ill tell them the issue and get a new pizza going so I can go pick it up. The girl on the phone passes me to one of the cooks who insists they put extra cheese on it. I politely explained that the cheese is very light and that there is approximately 1" around the pizza that is just sauce no cheese at all. He keeps insisting that they put extra cheese on the pie, first it's the cheese must have blended with the sauce, then it must have shifted in transit. I kept explaining the situation, feeling more frustrated by the second. He then asks me what I want to do, and says "I'm telling you one story and your telling me something else." At which point I ended the conversation. A word to the wise, screwing up an order is acceptable, implying your customer is lying about it, is not. Will never ever order food here again.
