Absolutely terrible service every single time we've come. We waited about 40 minutes when it wasn't even busy to get anyone to take out order. Of course the food didn't even come out right and it took over 15 more minutes for anyone to even come over for us to let then know the food was wrong. Didn't even get a "my bad" from our awful server. Messaged the fb page to let the owner know of their short coming and the need for retraining and all I got back was "we look forward to responding to your online response". Don't waste your money or your time.

Why was I charged 6.99+tax

I think you have a good business we have ate there about a dozen times breakfast is very good and the waitress are very friendly and always smiling.

Wow! Great staff and delicious food!
I live in LeomInster And there are Moderate diners there but I will DEFINITELY be taking the drive with the family any chance we get.

I am not trying to be rude here but I am a food connoisseur live in the area and visit many restaurants all week.
The new owners of the White Cloud seem like very nice people but they don't seem to know what they're doing.
When people are coming in the door and you have 15 people already sitting in your restaurant with one waitress the owner does not need to be sitting at the counter wrapping silverware until she was done doing that brought it over to him big pile already wrapped silverware then she proceeded to get a menu and go over to the people party of four that I've been waiting for at least 5 minutes. No I haven't even gotten to the breakfast.
The eggs are horrible over easy I hear a spray I don't know what they use for grease but the eggs have no taste at all.
So the next time I get scrambled eggs and the cook has absolutely no idea how to cook scrambled eggs and that's a big shame.
You're using a very tough bacon it's lousy whether it's rubbery medium or crispy it's like leather the bacon got to go.
The home fries are absolutely terrible stop using all these seasonings and stuff make a real home fry you some onion cook it on the flat top use some good olive oil or peanut oil learn how to cook home fries for breakfast matter fact take a ride down to Amherst and go to Kelly's check out his home fries and learn how to make belts.
And lastly the toast is absolutely horrible I don't like the bread it's not a good white bread you need to go over and get some nissen's bread or find a better bread it's too thick and it doesn't taste good.
You seem busy there at the White Cloud but after a while it's all going to go away you're absolutely worse than when Sharon own the place and by the way Sharon was on her feet waiting on everybody that went into that restaurant.
Thank you for letting me to inform you where you're at with your breakfast restaurant because you're not doing too well if I have to travel to Amherst every day to get a good breakfast and I'm more than willing to do that but boy you've got some changes that need to be done or you're going to go out of business or lose money
