The Windward Grille is a very popular sea food restaurant, with, in my opinion, very good quality seafood. Been there many times and have found the seafood to be very consistent, tuna sushi, swordfish and lobster are my go to's, but I would not recommend their meat dishes, not horrible but just not their thing. Reservations a must for late Spring and Summer.

I was there yesterday with several friends. As it happened, everyone ordered either haddock, or grilled salmon, and all were pleased with their meal. Our waitress was very nice, and agreeable when we asked if we could have separate checks. My husband and I have dined at the Windwardseveral times, and have never been disappointed. Excellent food, as well as excellent service .... Who could ask for more. I certainly would recommend the Windward restaurant.

I was there on New Years eve around 5pm, sat at a high top in the bar area, ordered their grill plate,steak tips, chicken breast, 2 italian sausages, white rice with peppers and onion slices about 2 of each. Sausages were way over cooked, beyond well done, chicken hard as a rock, not moist at all. Steak tips were ok 2 pcs. Small.took two bites of sausages COULDNT eat them,nor chicken was hard and no taste. Waitress came by after I was done and asked if I wanted to take it home, I told her what I just wrote and said no thanks food was awful. She came back with the check.....no deduction,full price, no manager, no owner approached me. WOULDNT eat there again
