Probably the best chinese in Amherst, Panda doesn't beat it with the straight food, but Panda also excels in Scorpion bowls and maki rolls, which zhangs doesn't have.
But, zhangs delivers to Amherst College, and the only other one that does is far away. It is great food, not high-end, but it is cheap, so you know you're getting that city chinese food style.
If Mom's delivers, it would be another story altogether, but Zhangs is good. They have so many specials, I don't think I ever bothered with the normal menu.
