When visiting Covington, a stop at Scoops for ice cream is a must, whether it's a hot summer day or a chilly evening. The cozy atmosphere inside the shop instantly transports you to a classic ice cream parlor experience. While seating is limited indoors, you can also enjoy your treats outside on the chairs provided.
