This place has become a waste of time and money. Since the new ownership has taken over, the "new" cashier doesn't know how to manage the front end, drive-thru, and walk-ins at one time. The food is awful! I ordered green beans and you couldn't eat them for chewing strings with every chew; I had to throw them away; the grilled fish was awful (the two little pieces should have been one piece); and the steak and gravy biscuits have hardly any gravy on them, and just this morning, the biscuits seemed as if they had been cut in half and were laid out open within the foil, as opposed to being closed/together as they should be. We've given this place a lot of business over the years, but that business stops today! Don't waste your time going by here. Find another place to spend your money; somewhere you can get good service and good quality of food!

I was a regular customer of DJ's for years but it has gone down and I went there this morning for the last time. Went to the drive up window, ordered two sausage, egg and cheese biscuits. It took 20 minutes to get my order and when I did there was only one biscuit. I kept blowing my horn to get the girl back to the window but she was not paying any attention. Finally she came back and I told her I only received one biscuit. She didn't say a word, closed the window and it took another 12 minutes to get my second biscuit. When she finally gave me the second biscuit she didn't say thank you or I am sorry or anything at all. Got home and one biscuit was cut in half (weird) and the other had some type of fried steak, in no way sausage and tasted horrible . A couple of cars that where behind me turned around and left. They no longer take credit cards and are cash only. This place could and should be a gold mine but I don't believe they will be in business much longer. If I was not retired from owning many small businesses I would purchase this place and make it an awesome family cafe. There is so much they could do and the only problem they would have is having enough parking for everyone. SO SAD AND THIS PLACE IS BAD.

Biscuits are the best! Great breakfast all around - delicious country cookin'! Customer service is much more consistent under new ownership. Give them a try. Totally worth it!

Terrible slow service, the purpose of a drive through is fast service not a twenty minute wait, if you can't handle a drive through shut it down!!
