One orders a cake for a special occasion, I had heard from a friend that this bakery did a good job and thought I would try them. Sent them a picture of what I wanted the cake to look like, gave them coloring and my number if they had any questions. What I got could have been done by a first year Wilton's Cake Decoration Course student. The cake was dry, the frosting was Crisco mixed with powder sugar and butter flavoring (this is what you use when you're learning to decorate) and was placed on very thick, too thick. Writing with frosting is a challenge and takes much practice, this was not professional, it should have flowed. The color I ordered, bronze, was more of a greenish brown and the center that was to be bronze was bright yellow. This was a disaster and the group of girls this was for noticed....I'm so embarrassed. I will NOT be going back under any circumstance. I'm certain it was clean but the over powering sent of Pinesol was a bit much to take.

Amazing baked goods for anyone trying to watch their weight or if diabetic. The desserts are simply delicious!
