I am writing about the poor service we got in Ackworth the other night. We went there at 6pm to get a bucket of chicken to go. It took 20 minutes. They said they could not give us biscuits because they were not made. Why weren't they made? So we complained and when we got home there was hard as a rock biscuits in our bag I am sure was old. This has been the worst service I have ever had in my life. Maybe find people who care about customers to work for you. Because you don't have that now...
