For exceptional Chinese cuisine in Carrollton, Cathy's Asian Fusion, formerly known as Cathy Ho's, stands out as a top contender following the retirement of the beloved Cathy Ho after over 40 years of service. The Tangerine Beef, featuring thinly sliced beef coated in a crispy batter and tossed in a flavorful sweet and spicy sauce with broccoli, is an absolute standout dish that I have yet to find elsewhere. Although the service may have room for improvement, the fresh, high-quality food and inviting atmosphere make it a local favorite that I continue to enjoy time and time again.

TERRIBLE! Cooks screaming and fighting in the kitchen during our entire dinner...the food is inedible. I used to LOVE the food, owners, atmosphere. Really too bad.

I've been going to this place forever. It's a family run business and they do a great job of working together.
Sometimes you just want a place that's consistent and comfortable with good food. This is the place.
They also do a great to-go business too!!!
