This place is horrible!! It's not even 10 minutes from my house so I've gone several times before. Service is eehhh, but I'm one of those people that doesn't complain about every little thing.

I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes. I send my 18 year old daughter to pick the food up. She calls "Mom they gave our food away to someone else." I tell her to make sure they make the food right away and speak to a manager.

The order was supposed to be ready at 2:09. My daughter didn't walk out the door til 3:06.

I'm on the phone with her, she says they hardly apologized, but the employees were screaming at each whose fault it was. She asked for the manager twice to no avail. I said I was going to call the restaurant myself because this was ridiculous.

I called and the phone just rang and rang. I called my daughter back and I said that nobody answered. My daughter told me nobody was upfront to answer the phones!! What in the hell?! We're still on the phone and my daughter says "Mom call now, someone's by the phones!"

I HAD TO CALL THE RESTAURANT AND THE MANAGER ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!! I asked to speak to the manager and she goes "yes I'm the manager" and my daughter is looking dead at her. Initially she didn't know who she was because she sure didn't greet her, just totally ignored her. Managers name is Rene.
I got another half a$* apology, and she said "call in the morning and ask my general manager for a refund." I was so mad I could have went CRAZY, but I decided to be a decent person. I'll just leave this story everywhere instead. I just wanted my daughter out of there.

I know restaurants have been short staffed, but if that's the case, don't offer online orders. Don't provide a service you can't honor. If you mess up, own it sincerely apologize, and find a way to correct it.

I wish I could give yall a 💩 rating. I won't be coming back there.
