The wings from Birdies for Super Bowl Sunday were well-organized and delicious despite the busy day. The customer service, especially when ordering and explaining delays, was exceptional and made the experience pleasant.

Delivery guy was rude. Half of the food was dripping grease and fries were ice cold. Sandwiches were smashed into boxes and not toasted or cut.
Called and was told no manager was present, call back in 4 hours.
Just plain gross and a bad experience.
Will never waste my money again

Service sucked! Wrong order, wrong sauce, no ice in tea refill, luke warm food. Manager promised to discount, but didn't mention it at the register. Horrible experience! Blue cheese dressing had blue food coloring in it, and didn't taste at all like blue cheese. The wings tasted pretty good.
