First let me say the waitress was wonderful. With that said my food was horrible. I ordered the Blackend Catfish over Dirty Rice. The fish was burned, not blackend. There was NO seasonings on the fish at all. How do you blackend food w/o seasonings(you can't). Waitress brought me some lemon butter sauce but it did nothing to help with the flavor. I asked to speak with management about my order and was told I can bring you out some seasonings so you can put on your fish. It's supposed to be cooked on the fish so that wasn't an option for me. I asked can the order be re-cooked and that wasn't an option for them. Ok then I'll just send it back, "No sir we don't allow food to be sent back, but we can offer you a dessert". Unacceptable! The first and last time ever crossing this threshold!
