I ordered a pizza to-go was told 20 mins. After 17 mins or so I got there and they said it will be 10 more mins. As I believe they forgot to make my order, I paid and waited. Then after another 15 mins. They gave my pizza to another customer after they realized the went out to the customers car and expanded pizzas with him, brought the pie back in I watched them take it out the box put it back in the bottom right side of the oven flip the box and shake the crumbs out took the pizza out and put it back in the same box that they just gave to another customer that he already had in his vehicle and tried to give it to me I refused to take it as with all the covid going on I felt it was very unsanitary to give me a pizza and a box that the gave to another customer that had it in his car (who knows if he did anything to it). So I just asked for a refund they refused to give me a refund and said the will do a remake. I did not want to wait again after I have already wasted 35 mins. The manager claimed they could make a new well done pizza in 6 mins. Witch I find unbelievable e the 1st one took 35 mins to make so I just asked for a refund they again refuse and said they will give me a store credit. Why would I take a store credit from a place who wasted my time, tried to give me food they already gave to another customer and treated me horribly. I said I did not want to come back so I don't want a store credit as I just gave them cash I wanted my cash back and they refused again and tried to ask me to leave with no food or no refund and just get robbed for my money it was absolutely unbelievable so I had to call the police out there to get my money back witch I finally did after 50 mins. And police making them give me my money back. I have never had a place try to pass off food they took back from another customer, then refuse a refund and try to ask you to leave with no food or refund and basically try to rob me for my money by far the worst management I have ever seen at a restaurant. Would never step foot in this place again.
