I am a frequent diner at this establishment and I must say the Pollo Cancun is a must-try dish! The staff here is attentive and the portions are generous, all at a reasonable price point. I believe this restaurant offers the finest Mexican cuisine in Jasper, with consistent service and a cozy ambiance that is especially enjoyable on the bar side.

We eat here A LOT and the whole family loves it.
The personnel is always friendly. We often try other Mexican Restaurants, but they are never as good as Pueblo!!!!
