The salad bar at Sidekicks in Polk County offers a variety of delicious options, such as the popcorn shrimp that is more like calabash shrimp, along with barbecue sandwiches, Brunswick stew, and a meat and three menu featuring items like Chicken Livers served with sides like mashed potatoes, fried okra, and pinto beans, all enjoyed with excellent service and a pleasant dining experience recommended by Ken Williams of Ken-Mar Carpet for a satisfying meal or professional flooring needs.

So.... I've been to this restaurant off and on my whole life. The service has always been crap, but the food is ok. I placed an order for pickup, and they told me it would take 25 minutes. It's a ridiculous time to wait for a pickup order, but whatever. I wait the 25 minutes, pull up to the drive through line, give my name at the speaker box, and they tell me to pull around. I spend another 10 minutes waiting to get to the window. When I get to the window, this girl tells me that my order is still not ready and she needs me to pull around to get at the end of the line so I can wait another 10 minutes for food I'm already grossly overpaying for. I know there's a pandemic going on, but if they can't do any better than this they should probably just close down.... Take some time to think about how to run a restaurant. Don't waste your time on this one, folks. Definitely not worth your time or money.

Got a hankering for country food. Glad I stopped in. Home cooked food with friendly service. I miss that. Not to many places like this anymore.

Called my order in, since I am handicapped. Had my order ready, very friendly/polite young lady served me. The price was very reasonable. Got chicken livers, baked potato, salad & sweet tea...DELISH!!!!! Highly recommend!

Always get my order wrong, no matter what I order. They always have incredibly stupid employees at the drive thru window who seem like they have no idea what they're doing there.

Our favorite place to eat when we are in Rockmart! The bar-b-q is the best and the specialty salads can't be beat! Love the home-made chicken salad salad with a big cup of their sweet iced tea! You won't leave hungry and don't forget to save room for a milkshake!

This restaurant has the best country food around. I love to eat there. Just be sure if you are wanting country cooking you go before 8 pm.
