I absolutely love the crawfish at this local spot in Rome, Georgia - it's unlike any other I've ever tasted! The flavor is incredible, and they're always the first to disappear from the bar. They've even started calling me "Crawfish Lady" because of how much I enjoy them. While the noodles used to be a favorite of mine, I've found that they've lost their flavor and freshness over time. The owner and staff are always friendly, and the owner and his wife even remember my usual order. It would be great if they could bring back the snow crabs to the menu!
