Was in town, stopped by for a late supper meal. 710pm . One vehicle in drive thur. I decided to use dinning room to relax. I m only one at counter. I see 5 employees. 2 working takeout even walking behind counter were I stood, neither acknowledged me. 2 ladies chatting with a full view of counter never acknowledged me, another employee walked behind counter, again no acknowledgement, half way down to food prep. He yells" person at counter" the two ladies talking stop look right at me, then returned to their chat. I had been at the counter several minutes with all these employees in their own world. Oh need I forget..another employee was asleep laying in a booth. Another was outside with 2 people smoking and joking. I finally had enough poor attitude and no service. I stated loud enough for all to.hear.. " Never mine. I see you all too busy to serve customers, so I'll take my business else where " No one moved, no one offered to address my dismay. I've used VR Wendy's many many times over the years since opening. No more. MY experience and In reading other remarks it appears, staffing, management and over all customer service attitude has fallen to a point a major change is needed.
