Bruster's Ice Cream is conveniently located across from Kroger on Hickory Rd near highway 140 and E. Cherokee Dr. The Hickory Flat Fire Department is situated right behind the ice cream shop. Dos Margarita, a Mexican restaurant, can also be found across the street in the Kroger shopping center next to the Kroger fuel center. The Bruster's in this area consistently offers great service, clean facilities, and delicious ice cream, like the mint chocolate chip in a waffle cone that I've enjoyed a couple of times.
