f there was a below 0 rating, this would be -5. Ordered pizza on line with a drink. We had just gotton back in town the night before and had nothing to drink/eat in the house, and we were exhausted, so we ordered from Pizza Hut in Thomaston at 5:17 pm. about 45 minutes later we received our pizza and wings, but NO 2 liter drink. They forgot it! The Pizza Hut driver says that he will go get it and be right back. An hour later, no drink. We tried to call over and over but were continuously put on eternal hold. Finally at 7:20 pm we got corporate and they waited on the line until they got a manager on the line. Our food now very cold and no good, we requested either a duplicate order be sent out asap or a refund for our order. The manager said she could not give us a refund and it would be an hour and 1/2 before we would get another order (around 9:00 pm). I told her that we wanted a refund, that was too late for our food. She refused, then told me to give her one moment and put me on hold. Its now 7:45 pm and Im still waiting.
