HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! SMH... I waited in the drive thru for around 9 minutes before I got to the drive thru window. When I originally placed my order, I ordered 2 separate double whopper combo's and I asked that they bag my combo's separately. After a long wait in the drive thru I arrived to the window and my order was in one bag. I reminded the cashier about bagging my combo's in separate bags and she asked me if she could give me a separate bag and I do it myself! I simply and nicely sad NO. So the cashier informed her manager and instantly I heard my bag being thrown around and a few seconds later the MANAGER came to the window with a bad attitude and told me that I was holding up her line and the next time I come make sure I let the cashier know to bag them separately. I politely informed the MANAGER that I did ask the cashier to bag them separately. The MANAGER had a really bad attitude so I asked her for her name and she refused to give it to me and I refused to move. I admit; after the MANGER attitude was very uncaring, my approach changed. I refused to move out of the drive thru until she gave me her name and she refused to do so. So she informed me that I know how to get you to move and she called 911. So she called the police because of how she approached me and tired to blame me because she wouldn't give me her name. This was one of my worst experience at a Burger King ever.
