The customers that came in to the restaurant behind us got served before us. In fact they were gone when we got our food. Our food was was cold and when told the waitress she offered to heat our food in the microwave. Needless to say service was terrible and the food was cold.

Courteous fast service, Friendly Smiles and the best fried chicken livers I've had in a long time. Dinner salad was cold and crisp and included all the fixings. I couldn't have had a better experience.
Thanks to the staff at Cook's Country Kitchen.

Since they keep inserting their name onto the photo we posted on FB (which was taken there) I feel obliged to say I can't recommend Cook’s restaurant. We went there 10 years ago to celebrate the closing on our house & it was excellent. We met some friends there last Sunday AM for breakfast as they drove through town for an impromptu visit on their way to AL. The website clearly advertises "Homey chain eatery serving breakfast all day & other American comfort fare in a casual space. Address: 105 Pat Haralson Memorial Dr, Blairsville, GA 30512". At 11 AM they were no longer serving breakfast -- not after 10:30. Our time together was limited and it was pouring rain, so we stayed. The place is clean & comfortable & the waitress was nice & well-meaning. That is why I gave it 2 stars over just one. We were very disappointed at not having a breakfast menu. We settled for sandwiches, which were mediocre at best -- very bland with white bread, served with starchy frozen fries. There was nothing at the buffet to tempt me -- it all looked heavy & greasy. The coffee had way too much water flavor & there was no 1/2 & 1/2 -- just fake creamer. The waitress found us some 2% milk. Needless to say I didn't take her up on a refill. All these years I've been recommending this place to people -- I wish I still could. Our experience was very disappointing. If the website hadn't lied about serving breakfast all day I'd be none the wiser. I wish there was a place in Blairsville open Sunday that had a good breakfast served after church (that can accommodate an after church crowd). Sadly this ain't it.
