Visited El Sombrero Mexican restaurant. Health dept score was 86 a “B”. Score was a 76 “C” before that! Manager refused to take down inspection report for me to read. It is supposed to be posted in plain view of customer. Food was decent but the low score is what you CANT see in the kitchen. Manager was very rude and acted like he was hiding something. He kept saying “it’s not the food”!
