If you want to be assured of cold, soggy food due to one third of your order being left off, this is your place. After turning around and driving back, the entire process took an hour including having to to explain to the two imbeciles at the window that we did not get our complete order. I will never go back. Save your money and go to the Ellijay Chick-fil-A. In ten years the the Ellijay Chick-fil-A only got one order wrong and not only did they refund our $30., they gave us a coupon for another $30. If I could give a minus rating this McDonalds would rate a minus five.

Absolutely wonderful! We ordered online a minute before close and called to apologize, and they told us not to worry since we already paid and had warm food waiting for us! Summer made our order and let us know of any waits beforehand!
