So hated to see this place close! One of my favorite places to go eat and unwind. The food was always superb. You couldn't get trout any fresher as they had their own trout farm. The chí¢teau Briand was also amazing !!
Buck and Laura were the best!

Spent Xmas there snuck my whippet in too it snowed couldn't be better the trout was the best I ever had it was many many moons ago

Haven't been there for several years because I have not been back in the area. When I went there you had to order ahead for your meal. My mother ordered Fresh Trout and they went out and caught it for her, after we arrived. All of our meals wee excllent.

The Waitress was great. meatloaf good the Gravey was way less than average. the mashed potatoes were dehydrated and of sub par quality and cold and lumpy, could not eat them. NEVER BUT NEVER order mashed potatoes here. We told the waitress that the cook should be ashamed to serve them. She said she knew why they were that way. not a good reason to serve a bad product at such a good restaurant .
