They get my order right most of the time. When they don't, they're very helpful and nice about it.

I'm just blown away by someone giving them a low rating because they got MORE food than they paid for! People in Elberton will b-tch about anything!

Wife and I went there for lunch today. that was one of the nastiest fast food places I have every been in.could not find a clean table to sit at. other customers said they had to clean their table themselves. went to bathroom to wash my hands, it was filthy. got some paper towels to try not to touch anything to get out of there. This is a new store, less than a year old.......

I went thru drive thru at 5:00pm and ordered 3 whoppers and 2 large fries. I had to repeat the order three time. When I got to window to pay I asked the lady to repeat my order, she told me 3 whoppers and 3 large fries.I told her I did not order 3 large fries. She got assistance manager to fix it. I told the manager I had to repeat my order 3 times at window and 2 and pay window. When I picked up my food, the lady handed me the sack and she said 3 whoppers and 3 large fries and before I could tell her no she had shut window and walked away. They still gave me 3 large fries when I only ordered and paid for 2 large fries. When the lady was taking my order I could hear loud talking and music in back ground. They need to be more attentive to what is being ordered.
