We have been coming here for years. Today we went through the drive thru and placed our order. We ordered two large onion rings. The price was 2.99 on the board, but when we were charged they were 3.19.My husband ordered a triple, and got a double. We tried to tell the girl at the window, She threw up her hands and said I just take the orders. . Then we just told her that all we wanted was to tell them that their sign was wrong. Then I looked at the two Large orders of onion rings. One had 5 onion rings and the other had 6 little onion rings. Each one had 5 ketchup packets stuffed in the onion ring box. The reason that I knew to look at the price is because when we went three weeks ago, the price was wrong on the board then too. Service and food has gone downhill. Very sad, we used to love this place. Also, just pulled out the rest of the order after we got home and My husband ordered a triple, and got a double!!! We are done with this place. If I could give less and a one star I would. If DQ is that hard up for money close your business, If it is the employees, get them under control.
