04/06/2022 - Lost customer for good!
I have been on & off with this KFC for about 4/5yrs now
. But now I'm just completely finished. I order the same thing every visit. Always something's wrong, missing food, drinks utensils, napkins/ or just wrong food all together. But now the past 4 times I have been there I have been charged 4 different amounts for the exact same order. The guy who was in charge said it's the way cashier's are ringing it up. I'm in the drive thru, I can't see what they are doing, and you don't get your total after you order you have to go to the window. And when I told him this is how the lady manager told me to order it.He just got nasty with me. I just cancelled my order. Why should I have to tell & train your cashier's how to do their job. Excuse me sir or maam " That's your job!" I will drive down the road past KFC to Popeyes or Bojangles from this day forward. Never again!
