Best home cooking restaurant in town. Great service, good atmosphere, kind people. Meatloaf Wednesday is my fav. Awesome coleslaw. Friday chicken and dressing ain't bad either! Blackberry cobbler is TO DIE FOR!!! Ask for extra crust because it's homemade just like granny used to make!

Not very child friendly restaurant. We were getting up from table to gather our things when my three year old started acting like a normal three year old he ran around the table two laps and while I was trying to gather my things and gather my child as well one of the workers decides she is going to start screaming at my child screaming that they have been running for thirty minutes. Ok for one we weren't even in the whole restaraunt for not even thirty minutes and another thing I don't know who you think you are but in no means is it ever ok for you to scream at a three year old who is not your child EVER I can personally say that neither me nor any members of my very influential family ever be back

Great people serving tasty country flavors. While it's not the place for people concerned about cholesterol, it IS the place when you're craving some Southern-style veggies.
The beef stew (winter months only) is a must-try!
