This is not due to the food but to the service. I have been ordering out and eating at Portofino's since they opened in Ringgold as often as 3-4 times per week! ...Tonight I called to place an order and "Emily" was so unbelievably rude that I did not order and will not order again! Hopefully, the owner will understand that good employees with some "tack" need to be part of the service equation.

Food is very good. and the price is too! Gives Ringgold a little something special with out having to go further away from home! Thumbs up!
