Just placed and ordered using my cell number which I’ve had since 2019. Man taking my order said is this McKenzie? No I said that’s the the person who had this number before me almost 4 years ago. He took my name and gave me total price and pick up time but when my husband arrived the order had been cancelled because they emailed someone other than me. Also manager said it would be more than 25 to 30 minutes the place the new order. I called the order number and manager and they are useless. Don’t use them unless you never get a new phone number,
