The steak here is some of the best I've ever had, cooked perfectly and bursting with flavor. Just be prepared for a bit of a wait, especially on weekends, so it's smart to show up early or later in the evening. The atmosphere feels like a family gathering at grandma's house, complete with a rustic charm and unique decor that adds to the experience.

To go food was excellent and packaged very well. Extremely small serving size of the side Mac and cheese was a disappointment.

The House itself is special, not what I was expecting from a little" Farm House" each room was decorated with a theme.
I can't begin to elaborate how wonderful our dinning experience was , first off a platter of appitizers were ordered, did i say platter? Yep, it satisfied all 7 of us at our table, not to mention, while you are waiting, corn chips and a salsa Cowboy dip was served, too!
Steak Dinner was scrumptious!!!
Everything was delivered together ( there was 10 or 12 of us) hot and fresh. No mistakes on the orders.
Needless to say, there were leftovers to take home.
Our tea or whatever drink was ordered was kept filled.
Just really no complaints, service for our 2 tables were excellent.
Tumpies was an old establishment that served the community for years and Brandi Shey is keeping it original ,
the Farm House and the quality of the food.
Just dress casual and let Tumpies take care of your dinning needs!

Drove a long way, cowboy steak was full of fat and gristle, my withstand filet was dry and tough. The onion thing was greasy and we could not eat it. None of our food was really any good. Sorry we had to pay for it. Save yourself and go to longhorns.

The blooming onion was AMZING, steak cooked to PERFECTION and service OUTSTANDING!!!!! Best meal I had in Dublin, GA!!!

Loved the location in an old family home!

Don't know why this place has any negative reviews! It was fantastic! There rating was 100. Don't see that much anymore. Steaks were great. we will return . Fyi...be there at 5:00 or you will wait for a while. This place is well known now and it is a actual farm house with ole time dí©cor!

THE BEST STEAK'S WE'VE HAD IN A LONG TIME. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT INCLUDING THE SERVICE. THE OLD COUNTRY SETTING IS WONDERFUL. LIKE GOING TO GRANDMA'S HOUSE BACK IN THE DAY AND PULLING UP IN THE FRONT YARD.
