I'm glad you enjoyed the buttery seafood seasoning in the Lima's dish - it's definitely a tasty choice! The hamburger steak may be a bit denser than what you're used to at home, but the well-seasoned gravy adds a delicious touch, reminiscent of gumbo. The dense biscuit is perfect for soaking up the gravy, almost like cornbread.
