They need to have someone at the place of employment to answer the phone. Every time I call the answering service gets my order mixed up.

I tried to call and to order. Someone finally answered the second time but hung up on me, tried one more time they finally picked up after how long they have been open 1958... And so on then they answered and hung up on me again. I can see why you need management.. Very disappointed with the guy that did this.
