I asked for the informational break down on their menu items and I was told that they do not have that information.How does a food establishment not know this information about their own products

my only complaint is the food is so good i stuffed my self to the gill!!! my husband and i had Italian Sodas, had a sampler appetizer and an entree and the bill only came to $45. I will tell you What... Olive Garden has nothing on them. We dont normaly spend that much on dining out as we are on an Airmens budget, however the food made it a special occasion. We had a waiter named Jason. Even for a busy guy, he was prompt and light. He made good suggestions, made small talk and even made eye contact: something we never get at other places in Warner Robins. We really felt like we were being seved on by a friend. I recommend the sampler appetizer or the fire sticks. HTey are not as hot as advertised to be, but they are filled with an italian sausage sauce mixture, the meat had the taste of wild game to it. And when your ordering an entree, I recommend anything with the sun-dried tomatoes, by themselfs they are sooo good, but with the sauces and meats that they offer, wow they are DIVINE!! Dont eat to much of that good bread and ever ending salad, bc you will fill up beofore your entree. They will have to roll you out of there!
