When we were stationed at Fort Stewart in the mid 1970s, our special treat was to drive about 14 miles to Cherokee Restaurant. I cannot believe it is still around. They had the best seafood and you got these HUGE platters of food! No way could you eat it all. Is the format still the same, I wonder?
