Needed to change my order. Simple change of sauce on wings. Used virtual assistant and was told to call store. On July 25, 2022, I started calling and the phone was busy for hours. I quit trying at 2:00 pm and placed an order with Popeyes and cancelled my KFC order. Evidently they are too lazy to answer the phone. Crappy customer service in my opinion!!!
