Alma mcds is the worst of any that I have been to. Nothing ever works right and most employees are rude and act like them taking an order is a problem. They discuss things amongst themselves while the customers wait to order their food. The frappe machine was down for I know 2-3 weeks. But still don’t go thru in the mornings cuz it’s gonna be down then too. Unsure if night shift isn’t cleaning it or what the issue is. They need new management for sure.
