Sandwich was warm but fries were cold and looked like soaked with oil!

No 1 on the menu is so different..ordered onion rings which were cold and not cooked long enough, not crisp. Mushroom & cheese burger was good. Ordered onion rings but got fries that were like onion rings, cold and not crispy. Apple pies were cold also. This was at 6:15 Friday evening.
