Reviews for Panorama Rest Osprey Cove

I am a homeowner in Osprey Cove. This is a vacation home. We originally live in Silver Spring, MD. Tonight, 12/26/09, we just had dinner at the Panorama Restaurant and words cannot fully describe the service we received there. Are are just a few highlights: 1) the waitress did not fully clear off our table before offering dessert 2) the waitress verbally announced what was on the dessert menu without bothering to bring the menu for us to see personally (I noted this was done for a previous table); 3) the waitress brought me a pencil to sign for my billing; 4) the waitress had no personality and acted like a walking zombie.

I don't know where Osprey Cove gets these people or what type of training they receive (if any), but you can go to the local Cracker Barrell and receive better service.

Since we only come down to spend time in our vacation home twice a year, we may not be part of the in crowd, but considering how much money we spend for club service, I would expected service that is somewhat higher than McDonalds. Coming from Maryland, maybe I should lower my standards to this level.
